Curtain

The curtain of the cold storage fast door is made of PVC cloth with interlayer, which has a good effect of heat preservation and insulation.

PVC sandwich fabric: double skin is 0.8mm PVC fabric, and inside is filled with high density insulating rock wool, total thickness is 20mm.

Auto-reset design

The curtain and track connection of the freezer high speed roll up door is designed with zipper.

Use zipper to connect the fabric with frame side guide rail as a whole body, realizing better sealing performance and air-tightness.

And when there is accident collision, the fabric can get out from guide rail and return automatically, this reduces daily maintenance.

Anti-Freezing Heating Design

Cold storage fast roller shutter doors are usually used in environments with low temperatures. To prevent the door from freezing and becoming inoperable, we install heating coils for it.

This can avoid damage for fabric and driving system when the door is frozen steadily in low temperature room.

Frame and Rails
