This article will introduce you to the installation method of soft rapid doors. Including: ordinary PVC fast door, zipper fast door, freezer fast door, stacking fast door.These rapid doors can be installed following this tutorial.
Step1:Gradienter
You need a gradienter to find horizontal and vertical lines. Make sure your rails are not installed at an angle.
Step2:Installation track
Hold the track against the wall, making sure it is not tilted. Measure the distance between the left and right rails to ensure that their width is the same as the width of the curtain roller guard box.
Then screw in the screws according to the holes in the track to secure the track.
Step3:Install curtain rollers and protective boxes
Place the curtain roller and guard box over the track and align them. Screw in the corresponding holes.Then align the door curtain with the track.
Step4:Install motor
Insert the motor into the protruding shaft on one side of the protective box, tighten the screws, and insert wires into the corresponding interface.
Step5:Control box connected to motor
Connect the other end of the motor cable and the energized cable to the control box. There are wiring instructions in the control box, please follow the instructions to wire correctly.
Step6:Test
After powering on the control box, test whether the rapid door can open and close normally.
Step7:Close the cover
Close the cover of the protective box and track cover.
Step8:Install additional devices
Install additional devices such as radars and sensors.And test whether they can operate properly.
